New Patients

Overview

Your first visit is your opportunity to get to know our practice, see our facility, and meet our office team. During your initial appointment, we’ll discuss your dental concerns, collect the relevant health history and background information, and perform a clinical exam to establish a baseline for care.

What to Expect at Your First Visit

Whether your first appointment is for a dental checkup, a consultation, second opinion, or emergency care, we do all we can to make your visit a welcoming, informative, and productive experience. Once we gather the relevant background information, examine your smile and obtain any diagnostic images, we’ll discuss if treatment is required and explain your best options in care.

Insurance

Our knowledgeable staff is dedicated to helping patients maximize their benefits based on their individual needs. We are here to assist you with processing your insurance claims and will make every effort to provide you with an accurate estimate of your co-payment.

As a courtesy, we will complete the necessary claim forms and submit them to your insurance company after your visit. We allow a reasonable amount of time for payment from your insurance provider and will provide any additional information required to ensure your claim is processed.

However, please note that the financial responsibility for services rendered remains with the patient.

Flex Spending, Health Savings Accounts, and Low Interest Financing

We understand that financial concerns are an important factor for many of our patients, which is why we offer several options to make dental care more affordable.

We are happy to assist patients with Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs). We will provide the necessary paperwork to help you receive reimbursement for your services.

In addition, for patients who prefer longer-term payment options, we also work with CareCredit, offering an alternative to conventional credit cards.
