Office visits are by appointment only, so we kindly ask that you call ahead to schedule your appointment. This ensures that we can reserve dedicated time specifically for you. By working this way, our doctors can provide the focused attention each patient deserves. However, we also accommodate emergency appointments for patients with special needs.
We strive to be punctual for all our appointments and ask that you extend the same courtesy. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please notify our office as soon as possible. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another patient in need.

Insurance
Our knowledgeable staff is dedicated to helping patients maximize their benefits based on their individual needs. We are here to assist you with processing your insurance claims and will make every effort to provide you with an accurate estimate of your co-payment.
As a courtesy, we will complete the necessary claim forms and submit them to your insurance company after your visit. We allow a reasonable amount of time for payment from your insurance provider and will provide any additional information required to ensure your claim is processed.
However, please note that the financial responsibility for services rendered remains with the patient.
