Preventive & Exams: Includes a range of essential preventive services and examinations, details of which are provided in the attached codes spreadsheet. In addition:
Treatment Discount: Members receive 10% off the office’s standard fees for most additional dental procedures (e.g., fillings, crowns, root canals, Invisalign, Sleep apnea oral appliances).
